Nantong Baoshan Forging Co., Ltd is founded in 2004, located in the Industrial Park, No. 6-4, Hai'an county, Jiangsu province. It is surrounded by 204 Country Road in the east and 328 Country Road in the south, with 10,000,000 square meters area, superior location and most convenient traffic.
Our co***ny specializes in professional forging products with strong technology and infrastructure support including 1 electro-hydraulic hammer of 4 tons, 2 mechanical operating machines, 1 air hammer of 1 ton, 2 air hammers of 750kg, 7 burning forging furnaces, 1 ring rolling machine of 800 tons, 5 hanging cranes, 8 units of sawing, 5 lathes as well as various sets of specificational mold facilities.
We have the ability to produce 4,000 tons of forgings every year. The main products cover engineering, machinery, petroleum machinery, shipping machinery, hydraulic pressure machinery and other industries. We can provide various of carbon structures, alloy steel, stainless steel, special steel of open forging, and all kinds of rough forging blank ring. The gears, axes, rings, covers, box sets, blind hole box body and other products get well recognized and high comments from our long-term cooperation customers.
Now there are about 80 staffs in our co***ny including 4 senior Engineering and technical personnel and 12 Technicians. We've passed ISO9001-2000 QUALITY SYSTEM CERTlFICATE and got honor of ' Honour the Contract and Keep promises'. In 2008, we also got the right to import & export.
